The Greek Paradise tavern
Our tavern

Greek Paradise

From our fields, to your table. Since 1977.

The story behind the table

One table. The whole world.

Our family's taverna started before the campsite. Grandfather Panayotis and grandmother Zafiria were serving in Tolo in winter and on Kastraki beach in summer, back in the 1940s.

Today, Greek Paradise carries on the same idea: Mediterranean cuisine using produce from our own fields, cooked the way we learned from the women of the family. Moussaka, fresh fish, local wine, homemade liqueur.

In the evening, one big shared table under the pine trees brings together travellers from across Europe. Many return year after year just for this table.

What you'll eat

From the family table.

A taste of what we serve. The menu shifts with the season and what the garden gives.

Moussaka Klassikos

Layers of eggplant, potato, spiced beef, béchamel. Exactly how grandma made it.

Yemista Stuffed

Tomatoes and peppers stuffed with rice, raisins and herbs from our garden.

Catch of the day Psari

Fresh fish from the fishermen of Tolo, charcoal-grilled. Oil, lemon, oregano — and nothing else.

Lamb kleftiko Arnaki

Slow-roasted lamb in parchment with feta, tomato, garlic and Argolid herbs.

Greek salad Horiatiki

Field tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, onion, oregano — and, of course, our own olive oil.

Spoon sweets Glyko

Homemade preserves from seasonal fruit — orange, mandarin, apricot.
