Bookings & payment

How do I book?

All bookings go through xeni.campsaround.com. Pick your dates, see live availability, book with card.

Do I pay when I book, or on arrival?

We usually take a 30% deposit to confirm the booking. The balance is paid on arrival, by cash or card.

For some periods (long weekends, August peak), we ask for the full amount upfront.

Do you take card?

Yes, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Also cash (€) and bank transfer for longer stays.

What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Between 14 and 7 days, 50% is retained. Within 7 days, the full amount is retained.

Exceptional cases (illness, cancelled flight) — get in touch, we work something out.

Arrival & departure

What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in: from 14:00.
Check-out: by 12:00.

Arriving earlier? Leave your bags at reception. Late departure? Ask us — usually fine.

What time does reception close?

Daily 8:00 – 21:00. Arriving later? Let us know in advance — we leave an envelope with keys and instructions.

At the campsite

Is it suitable for families with children?

Absolutely. We're a small campsite (40 pitches, under 75 people in total) with a playground, kids' toilets, and shallow beach water 5 minutes away.

Children under 12 stay free in the parents' tent or caravan.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, pets are welcome — with vaccination record and under your care. No extra charge.

Please keep them on a leash in shared areas and respectful of other animals.

Is there Wi-Fi everywhere?

Yes, free Wi-Fi at all pitches and in the shared areas. The signal is good but may be slower at peak hours — it's not home-grade fibre.

I have a big motorhome. Will it fit?

We take caravans and motorhomes of all sizes. Our pitches are wide — buses fit too. For motorhomes over 8 metres, contact us first to confirm availability.

We also have caravan sewage disposal and chemical toilet emptying.

Facilities & services

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, our family taverna "Greek Paradise". Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open to campsite guests and outside visitors. Mediterranean cuisine from our own fields.

Is there a supermarket nearby?

In Tolo (5 minutes' drive), several small grocery stores. In Nafplio (10 minutes), large supermarkets — Sklavenitis, AB, Lidl. We have a map at reception.

Pharmacy, doctor?

Pharmacy: Tolo (5 minutes). Night duty rotates.
Health centre: Tolo (5 minutes).
Hospital: Nafplio (10 minutes).

For emergencies, dial 166 (EKAB ambulance) — they come quickly.

Where do I wash my clothes?

We have washing machines and ironing in the shared facilities. Pay per wash at reception.

Getting here

How do I get there without a car?

KTEL bus from Athens (Kifisos station) to Nafplio (2 hours). From Nafplio, local bus to Tolo stops near the campsite. Or taxi from Nafplio (~€15-20).

From Athens airport: taxi (~€180), or metro to Syntagma + bus to Nafplio.

Is there parking?

Yes, parking right next to your pitch. For apartment or bungalow guests, separate parking area.

Car charge: €4/night. Motorcycle: €3/night.

Are you open all year?

Yes, we operate 365 days a year. Winter is almost empty — ideal for remote workers, couples wanting quiet, families on post-Christmas breaks.

Can I host an event here? (wedding, baptism, birthday)

Yes, our Greek Paradise taverna and outdoor space can host events of 30-150 people. Contact us for availability and pricing.

Do you have an EV charger?

Not at the moment — we're planning installation for 2026. There are public chargers in Nafplio and Tolo. We can tell you exactly where.

What languages do you speak?

Greek and English daily. A bit of French, German and Italian — enough to get by.
